We're not huge sugar cookie fans around our house. I love eating them when you actually have a good soft sugar cookie recipe, but it's a LONG process by the time you get them all frosted.
My mom send a little Valentine's package with cookie cutters and sprinkles and my son was so excited to use them....so we just switched up the treat we would be decorating.
We used a box mix and before we put the brownies in the oven we sprinkled the batter. (We also mixed them in the batter, but after they were cooked you couldn't actually tell they were in there.) We cooked our's in a 9X13 so the brownies would be thin enough to cut out with the cookie cutters.
If your in a rush and still want a cute Valentine's treat, just throw in a box of brownies and your set.
